Account Manager

CaseWare

• Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with C-level customers, focusing on the Government segment. • Understand customer needs and deliver solutions that maximise value. • Drive customer success through proactive engagement, retention strategies, and growth initiatives. • Ensure adoption of Caseware's evolving suite of cloud solutions. • Engage in new & additional business activities including upsell, cross-sell, and migration. • Optimize customer retention & satisfaction. • Drive revenue growth (Net of CPI). • Engage in account coverage and customer engagement strategies. • Manage revenue-related inquiries and drive outbound engagement for growth.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 2–4 years in Account Management, Customer Success, or Inside Sales within a SaaS or technology environment
  • Exceptional presentation skills, including creating professional PowerPoint decks; consultative selling; strategic planning; and strong verbal and written communication
  • Solid understanding of audit and accounting processes, standards, and workflows; ability to engage confidently with finance and audit professionals
  • Knowledge of government procurement processes and compliance requirements (preferred)
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce highly regarded); ability to present solutions effectively to both business and technical stakeholders
  • Energised, proactive, and motivated to exceed targets; thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
