• Designing the company’s internal IT landscape by selecting and commissioning hardware and software • Optimizing our daily work environment within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem • Selecting and implementing new tools and cloud services • Connecting external partners and customers via VPN • Improving security for application servers, internal systems and data, and demonstrating compliance during external information security audits • Enhancing the team’s productivity through optimal use of IT

• Lead and facilitate PHA including HAZOP and LOPA for infrastructure systems and product designs. • Conduct risk assessments and advise engineering, operations, and service teams on risk mitigation strategies and appropriate safeguards. • Support establishing, maintaining, and improving Plug Power’s Functional Safety Lifecycle in accordance with IEC 61511-1, including supporting SRS, risk reduction strategies, and lifecycle documentation. • Execute Management of Change processes to evaluate safety implications of modifications and facilitate additional design implementation where necessary. • Lead Root Cause Analysis investigations for incidents and near misses and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. • Support compliance with applicable process safety regulations and standards, including OSHA PSM, EPA, RMP, and relevant NFPA codes. • Develop procedures, templates, and internal guidance documents to strengthen Plug Power’s risk management and functional safety governance. • Audit and monitor process safety programs and lifecycle activities to identify gaps, recommend actions, and drive continuous improvement. • Collaborate with engineering, operations, service, and product management teams to ensure safety considerations are integrated throughout the product and infrastructure system lifecycle. • Communicate safety risks, recommendations, and compliance concerns to leadership and stakeholders. • Perform all other duties as assigned

• Support the design and implementation of scalable and secure infrastructure solutions in AWS • Manage and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Bitbucket to ensure efficient delivery of applications • Administer and optimize containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes • Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using scripting and IaC tools • Monitor system health and performance, ensuring high availability and reliability of services • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure infrastructure aligns with application needs • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to infrastructure, applications, and deployment pipelines • Document processes, systems, and configurations for knowledge sharing and compliance

• Design and build internal AI-powered systems that support project management and operational workflows. • Develop integrations between tools such as Claude, Asana, Slack, email systems, and automation platforms. • Translate business processes into scalable AI-driven operational systems. • Build automation pipelines that connect communication channels, project management tools, and internal systems. • Create systems where client communications automatically generate tasks and project updates. • Automate processes such as task assignment, meeting summaries, and internal reporting. • Collaborate with leadership to design an AI-powered project management framework. • Improve coordination across multiple teams and client projects through automated tracking, reporting, and prioritization. • Build systems that allow leadership to query project status using AI assistants. • Integrate tools such as Claude, OpenAI APIs, Zapier, Make, and similar automation platforms. • Continuously evaluate emerging AI tools and recommend system improvements. • Optimize workflows to improve efficiency and usability. • Maintain and update internal AI infrastructure. • Implement improvements based on feedback from leadership and internal teams. • Serve as the internal point of contact for AI system updates and enhancements.
