Digital Marketing & Operations Manager

Gorilla Logic

• Own HubSpot architecture: workflows, automation, forms, lists, segmentation, governance • Own lead lifecycle execution: creation, routing, scoring, nurture, qualification, and sales handoff • Define and optimize routing logic, scoring models, and lifecycle stages with Marketing and Sales • Maintain database health: enrichment, deduplication, suppression, segmentation accuracy and ongoing data quality improvements • Ensure end-to-end campaign execution and QA from audience to ads to landing pages to workflows to Salesforce visibility and reporting • Build and manage campaigns in HubSpot and Salesforce, including campaign setup, tracking, and alignment with reporting requirements • Build and maintain target account and persona lists for 1 to 1 and 1 to few campaigns • Partner with SalesOps and RevOps to ensure list accuracy and alignment • Execute and activate audiences in ZoomInfo and other ABM/ABX platforms • Own LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads strategy and execution, including campaign creation, testing, optimization, and scaling • Manage paid media budgets, bids, and performance improvement plans, using data to drive continuous optimization • Own GA4 and Google Tag Manager measurement strategy, implementation, and ongoing troubleshooting • Build and maintain dashboards in HubSpot and Salesforce to track funnel performance, conversion, pipeline impact, and ROI • Provide performance insights and recommendations to marketing leadership as needed to inform optimization decisions • Own and optimize the marketing tech stack (HubSpot, ZoomInfo, RingLead, Sendoso, and related tools), including integrations, troubleshooting, and documentation of key processes • Evaluate and recommend new tools and automation opportunities that improve speed, quality, and scalability of marketing execution • Apply AI tools to improve marketing operations, including automation, lead qualification, scoring and routing enhancements, and workflow optimization through testing and iteration.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing operations and digital marketing experience
  • Hands-on expertise in HubSpot, including automation, workflows, lead routing, and lifecycle management
  • Experience building and scaling ABM programs using ABM/ABX platforms (e.g., ZoomInfo or similar)
  • Proven experience managing and optimizing LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce campaign tracking, attribution, and CRM integration
  • Experience with GA4, GTM, and marketing performance reporting
  • Demonstrated experience applying AI tools to automate workflows and improve lead scoring, qualification, or operational efficiency
  • Strong systems thinker with high attention to detail and comfort owning cross-functional initiatives.

About The Positions Contributions: Campaign Operations & Execution - Set up, test and monitor on a daily basis various paid media campaigns staying within budgets and outlined parameters. - Create and manage A/B and multi-variant test campaigns across platforms according to testing schedules. Provide input and direction on upcoming testing schedules. - Coordinate with internal creative teams and senior marketing staff to ensure assets meet platform specifications and deadlines.
