• Own and deliver the market growth plan for your market: new users, active traders, trading volume and retention. • Monitor user trends, competitor activity, and regulatory shifts to shape market strategy and uncover new growth levers. • Localize and execute paid-acquisition and referral campaigns: ensure messaging, targeting, and timing align with the market culture and digital landscape. • Activate and coordinate local influencer/KOL and community programs: engage key voices, host local activations and amplify user engagement. • Remove funnel friction: identify and fix conversion blockers, and recommend experiments to improve flow. • Build and manage local ecosystems and partnerships: collaborate with local payment partners, trading communities, media, and events to grow reach. • Track, analyze and report key growth metrics weekly: derive actionable market insights. • Represent OKX in-market: attend local fintech/crypto events, promote brand awareness, and deliver user-facing engagements. • Work closely with both regional and global OKX teams — marketing, product, CRM, and partnerships — to align priorities, share insights, and ensure all initiatives are integrated toward common growth targets.

Job Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in growth, marketing, or partnerships in fintech, crypto, or digital trading.
  • Proven performance in your market: user acquisition, activation, and trading or transaction growth.
  • Excellent understanding of the local digital, social and crypto ecosystem.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort making data-driven decisions.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English; strong at stakeholder engagement and communication.
  • Fast-moving, hands-on, execution oriented. Always focused on “what will move the needle.
