The Business Systems Manager, reporting to the VP of Business Systems, supports the delivery and continuous improvement of the company’s core business systems as the organization scales. You translate business strategy into clear system needs and priorities, and help ensure the company’s core platforms (Salesforce, NetSuite, OpenAir, and adjacent tools) evolve with strong controls, clean data, and high adoption. In this role, you partner with functional teams to turn messy requests into clear problems, decisions, and trade-offs; you shape scope toward reusable patterns instead of one-off fixes; and you drive alignment on what matters most. You contribute across the full change lifecycle—from intake and discovery through design, build coordination, testing, rollout, enablement, and post-launch performance—using AI to accelerate analysis, draft stronger first passes, and pressure-test options without sacrificing quality. To ensure systems are trusted and used correctly, you support governance and documentation standards, maintain a clear backlog of work, and promote strong requirements and process design. You stay current on platform capabilities and continuously strengthen the business systems landscape as the company grows, including supporting acquisition integrations and cross-system simplification. Key Responsibilities - Design systems and write build-ready specifications with clear acceptance criteria, decisions, and constraints—validated with stakeholders—so builders can implement without rework. - Administer and continuously improve Salesforce, NetSuite, and other core platforms by streamlining workflows, making data contracts and permissions explicit, and simplifying integrations—using AI and no/low-code where it adds speed without weakening controls. - Partner with functional leaders to turn requests into clear problem statements; capture the why/what, acceptance criteria, trade-offs, and decisions in the backlog; prioritize with impact and capacity in mind; and shape scope toward reusable patterns, using AI to explore options quickly. - Contribute to acquisition and integration efforts as part of a cross-functional team by mapping processes and data, aligning taxonomies and data contracts, and supporting planned cutovers and deprecations to reduce disruption. Liberty Healthcare Corporation operates the ‘California Conditional Release Program,’ a specialized intensive community supervision and treatment program for people adjudicated as “Sexually Violent Predators” and court-ordered to transition from in secure residential treatment in the community. Liberty is now hiring for a part-time ‘Regional Coordinator’ position which is well-suited for an experienced parole, probation, criminal justice, or forensic mental health professional. The responsibilities of this key position will include: - Direct monitoring and supervision of adult sex offenders in the community - Facilitating new client’s transition from secure residential treatment into the community – which includes developing comprehensive supervision plans for new clients and securing suitable housing, health and human services, and financial support - Leading and supervising a team of field-based staff - Collaborating with the program’s leadership team - Developing and maintaining productive working relationships with a multitude of stakeholders – including treatment providers, law enforcement, court officials, state hospital contacts, and government agencies - Completing reports - Remaining on-call 24/7 (Monday through Friday) and responding promptly to emergencies This is a virtual position which will require you to travel regularly throughout the region and work partially from your home office. Because Liberty’s monitoring services are 24/7, 365 – the work schedule will be flexible, but highly variable and unpredictable. Work hours may range from 20-35 each week. • Oversee the full lifecycle of desktop, laptop, and mobile devices including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning. • Manage and maintain accurate IT asset records using ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB modules. • Utilize Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager for device provisioning, compliance enforcement, and lifecycle management. • Manage and maintain Windows OS images, including application packaging and automated deployment workflows (Autopilot, task sequences, etc.). • Coordinate with engineering and support teams to build and maintain standardized images for hardware platforms and user roles. • Handle application installation and updates via imaging and Intune deployment, ensuring required software is delivered and maintained on endpoints. • Plan, coordinate, and execute monthly patch remediation cycles for Windows devices, ensuring timely and secure patch deployment. • Monitor patch compliance dashboards; track, report, and remediate non-compliant endpoints. • Collaborate with Security, Help Desk, and Endpoint Engineering teams to ensure endpoint standards and policies are followed. • Conduct periodic audits and reconcile asset data to ensure accuracy and completeness. • Create and maintain technical documentation, inventory reports, patch status metrics, and asset lifecycle dashboards.
• Lead Equinet’s US market launch from Lexington, Kentucky • Define and execute the US go-to-market strategy • Establish Equinet as a recognized industry platform within the Bluegrass equine ecosystem • Represent Equinet at industry events, associations, and professional networks • Build relationships with breeders and stud farms, professional horse owners, farriers and veterinarians, stable networks, breed associations, and insurance and equine service providers • Develop institutional partnerships enabling large-scale adoption • Drive onboarding of horse owners and professional users • Identify revenue opportunities and partnership models • Deliver measurable adoption and growth targets • Support pricing and market positioning for the US market • Build and lead the US team over time • Coordinate with global product and technology teams • Provide structured market feedback to product development • Ensure disciplined execution aligned with company objectives • Act as Equinet’s senior representative in North America • Position Equinet as a neutral industry infrastructure • Develop long-term credibility within the equine community
