Leidos
• Involve execution of distribution planning, DER interconnection impact, arc flash and coordination studies • Client facing work and expected business development activities • Gain NESC expertise and interface with local clients • Conduct studies on distribution protection, self-healing systems • Expand a portfolio of business partnering with a variety of utility clients
Job Requirements
- Bachelors in Electrical Engineering or related engineering degree is required
- 2+ years of experience in wide-area power system modelling, analysis, and planning
- Experience functioning in a technical role in distribution studies
- Familiarity with distribution policy and regulatory issues
- Experience with power system modeling and analysis tools including CYME’s CYMDist, Milsoft’s WindMil, and/or DNV GL’s Synergi required
- Python scripting is a plus
- Must possess strong communication skills
