• Apoyar el diseño, creación y actualización de contenidos de formación interna para los Tenpistas. • Colaborar en iniciativas relacionadas con el desarrollo de capacidades y aprendizaje organizacional. • Participar en la elaboración de material formativo para apoyar procesos del ciclo de desempeño. • Brindar soporte en la gestión del LMS, incluyendo carga de contenidos y seguimiento de programas formativos. • Apoyar la generación de reportes y seguimiento de iniciativas de formación, contribuyendo a asegurar su correcta implementación y avance.
Job Requirements
- Ser estudiante de Psicología, Ingeniería Comercial, Ingeniería en Administración o carrera afín
- Estar cursando los últimos años de la carrera y que la práctica sea un requisito formal de titulación
- Tener interés por el área de Desarrollo Organizacional (DO) y gestión de personas.
- Contar con certificado de alumno/a regular y seguro escolar o de práctica vigente
- Tener disponibilidad para realizar la práctica en horario Tenpo
- Que tu institución permita realizar la práctica en formato remoto
