Job Requirements
- Delivers specific data governance tasks such as cataloging, profiling, and defining with limited guidance from people leader.
- Works with multiple business areas or governance capabilities and assists/coordinates planning activities.
- Utilizes familiarity with more complex governance concepts and may serve as an expert in a few with practical implementation experience.
- Uses moderate knowledge and understanding of leading-edge technologies, reporting and visualization concepts to present to limited IT and business partners.
- Details required project tasks by writing a RACI and/or RAPID matrix and roadmap.
- Presents material in cross functional meetings, addressing issues independently.
- Utilizes advanced understanding of data modeling principles, data governance, strategy and data management to execute on mid to large sized complex tasks within timelines.
- Develops data project plans and executes independently. Independently writes comprehensive data governance standards and policies at the enterprise level.
- Effectively communicates and applies data governance value, concepts, and strategies across multiple scenarios.

The Director, Home Health Risk Management requires an in-depth understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across the Home Health segment. The Director of Risk Management for Home Health will be responsible for development and implementation of controls and cost-effective approaches to minimize risks to the organization as well as estimating the potential consequences of risks. Assesses and communicates information regarding business risks with functions across the organization. Their focus will be on CenterWell risk assessments, issue management, auditing and monitoring. Areas of oversight will include CenterWell Home Health, OneHome, as well as new growth initiatives.
