Job Summary The Sr. IT Program Manager is responsible for the management of multiple Project Managers, which are embedded with our Product Oriented Delivery Teams. The Sr Program Manager will be responsible for the SI scope management and ensuring the delivery of all milestones and deliverables outlined. Additionally, they will oversee all aspects of assigned programs throughout project lifecycles to ensure completion within the defined scope, quality, and time and cost constraints. Supervises individual project managers. Ensures accurate allocations of resources throughout the program. Leads multi- disciplinary teams, composed of various levels of personnel, vendors, and clients to create and deploy successful programs. The Sr Program Manager will be responsible for working closely with our SAP PMO, SI and PMOQA Partners, as well as internal teams, ensure adherence to scope and the identification and mitigation of technical impediments. The main purpose of the role is to deliver strategic value of a business-aligned SAP Modernization Program through effective team and initiative management.
