• Growing Carelink: You will be one of the primary points of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support, enabling customer success via platform management, supporting the helpdesk and contributing to the ongoing improvement of our Carelink product. • Building operational excellence: You will enable operational excellence across the organization working at the intersection of project management, data, and performance improvement. * Platform Management:* • Provide Demos to support the sales cycle. • Assist customers with product onboarding, implementation, and efficient and effective usage of the platform, including platform optimization and process improvements. • Assist customers to adopt process changes and new features. • Run regular platform management meetings with customers (users) and related vendors. • Proactively identify, understand, address customer needs and pain points. • Educate customers on best practices for utilizing our product to achieve their business goals. • Provide prompt and effective technical support to customers via email, phone or video. *Helpdesk:* • Manage the day-to-day operations of the customer support helpdesk, including tracking and prioritization of customer support tickets. • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer support and identify trends and patterns in customer support requests to inform product improvements. • Create and maintain comprehensive knowledge base articles and FAQs. *Product Support: * • Work with product to provide feedback on areas for product improvement, prioritize and advocate for customer-driven product enhancements. • Translate customer needs into actionable product requirements and participate in product roadmap planning and release cycles. *Operational Excellence: * • Run projects using best practices, including driving appropriate analyses/ research, meeting project goals, managing timelines, and working with leadership to implement new processes, technology, or strategies successfully.

• Take charge of advertising operations, ensuring efficiency, optimization, and growth in ad revenue streams. • Independently drive yield optimization across programmatic stack (floors, SSP mix, auction dynamics). • Contribute to improving ad stack setup (latency, structure, scalability). • Manage incoming requests, including campaign trafficking, troubleshooting, and partner communication. • Lead strategic optimization initiatives such as new demand integrations and advanced floor strategies.

Deposit Operations Training Specialist Full-Time Professional Remote Louisiana, Baton Rouge, LA, US Remote Mississippi, MS, US Remote Texas, TX, US The Deposit Operations Training Specialist supports the Deposit Operations Trainer by assisting with the development, delivery, and maintenance of deposit operations training and reference materials. This role focuses on facilitation, execution, and support of training activities. The Training Specialist serves as a subject-matter resource for deposit operations processes and systems and provides day-to-day training support to production and operations staff. Specific Job Functions - Support the Deposit Operations Trainer in the development and maintenance of deposit operations training materials, job aids, and reference guides. - Assist with employee onboarding activities related to deposit operations, including system navigation, procedures, and operational workflows. - Deliver assigned training sessions (classroom, virtual, or one-on-one) as directed by the Deposit Operations Trainer. - Provide hands-on support and guidance to frontline and operational staff regarding deposit systems, auxiliary systems, and standard procedures. - Assist with updating training materials and instruction manuals as policies, procedures, systems, or regulations change. - Collaborate with Deposit Services, Retail, Operations, Compliance, Risk, IT, and Talent & Development teams to support identified training needs. - Participate in follow-up activities with trainees to reinforce learning and support knowledge transfer. - Maintain a strong working knowledge of the Bank’s deposit products, services, policies, and procedures. - Respond to routine training-related questions and provide internal customer support to bank employees. - Assist with tracking training completion, attendance, and required documentation. - Stay informed of operational changes and industry developments that may impact training content. - Perform other related duties as assigned. Minimum Job Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent is required. - Associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred. - Three (3) – Five (5) years of experience in bank deposit operations or a related banking operations role. - Working knowledge of bank policies, procedures, and deposit processing systems. - Basic understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements impacting deposit operations. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Effective oral and written communication skills. - Ability to present information clearly to individuals and small groups. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Willingness to travel occasionally, if required.
