• Take charge of advertising operations, ensuring efficiency, optimization, and growth in ad revenue streams. • Independently drive yield optimization across programmatic stack (floors, SSP mix, auction dynamics). • Contribute to improving ad stack setup (latency, structure, scalability). • Manage incoming requests, including campaign trafficking, troubleshooting, and partner communication. • Lead strategic optimization initiatives such as new demand integrations and advanced floor strategies.
Job Requirements
- Relevant experience in a similar role, either at a Publisher, Agency or an Ad Tech company.
- Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts into actionable insights.
- Knowledge of programmatic advertising (e.g. DSPs, SSPs, ID solutions, CMPs) and how all the pieces fit together.
- Hands-on experience with ad servers (GAM) and programmatic setups (header bidding, SSP integrations).
- A deep understanding of the advertising market, including the programmatic market.
- A genuine interest in web gaming and building monetization systems for gaming experiences.
