• Preparation of cost estimates for new construction projects, executing the defined scope of services • Pricing of extras/variations • Site visits to identify potential extras • Entering estimates and addenda into the Mais Controle system • Verification of budgeted vs. executed work when necessary • Execution of extras, addenda (change orders), maintenance, and general services • Support in preparing estimates for new stands, when applicable • Participation in project measurement processes (may include site visits to company projects)

• Design, develop, and evolve Artificial Intelligence solutions, including generative AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics • Develop applications using LLMs for process automation, data analysis, and content generation • Create and maintain APIs and backend services for integration with corporate systems • Support the structuring of data pipelines and organization of data layers • Integrate AI solutions with databases and the organization's internal systems • Contribute to defining architecture, scalability, and best practices in AI projects • Ensure governance, security, and responsible use of Artificial Intelligence solutions • Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to deliver high-impact solutions • Support deployment, monitoring, and iteration of models in production environments

• Coordinate quality activities throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring outcomes align with established objectives. • Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies that promote continuous improvement and ensure process efficiency. • Proactively prioritize testing tasks and projects to optimize resource utilization and maximize results. • Mentor and guide team members. • Manage release planning and execution, ensuring all quality criteria are met prior to delivery. • Analyze test results and implement improvements based on feedback and collected metrics.

• Conducting initial assessments and functional behavior assessments to develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) • Supervising and training Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff members • Collaborating with families, caregivers, and other service providers to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to treatment • Monitoring client progress and making adjustments to treatment plans as needed • Providing ongoing support and guidance to families and caregivers • Staying up to date with the latest research and best practices in ABA • **All time Paid: 75% billable hours during your workweek, 25% non-billable hours**
