• This is a remote position. • We are looking for a SAP MM Specialist to work on an international project involving SAP HANA implementation. • Work on digital transformation projects, ERP implementation and systems integration. • Improvement and integration of end-to-end processes; • Experience in SAP S/4 environments, working from requirements gathering and solution design through implementation, testing and deployment of the solution. • Integration across multiple systems and use of artificial intelligence.

• Lead the design, delivery and execution of SAP FSM projects for customers • Participate in presales activities with customers to support potential SAP opportunities • Provide input into creating detailed Statements of Work • Lead workshops as the subject matter expert for Field Service Management-specific business processes • Configure SAP FSM including Planning & Dispatching, Smartforms, Workflow, Mobile App, Crowd Service, Checklists, and Analytics • Advise customers in best practices in Field Service • Perform Functional Unit Testing for developed FRICEW objects • Deliver user training, solution demos, and change management support • Create solution documentation, functional specs, process maps, and configuration guides

• Work on a Brownfield migration/transformation project to SAP S/4HANA • Assess and carry out remediation of processes and functionalities • Analyze and handle requests (business requirements and changes) • Execute unit tests and support integrated testing cycles • Provide support and continuous improvement for the PP (Production Planning) and QM (Quality Management) modules • Identify migration impacts and propose solutions aligned with S/4HANA • Interact with business areas to understand and validate requirements • Ensure technical and functional documentation of implemented solutions

• Lead the SAP SuccessFactors team • Provide consulting and support to new and existing clients (remote/on-site), including customization and further development of existing business processes and systems (SAP SuccessFactors) • Contribute to and assume partial or full project responsibility in client engagements • Develop innovative solution proposals and implement them as part of comprehensive consulting services • Gather client requirements and provide expert consulting and training • Create functional and technical concepts • Prepare and conduct workshops, testing phases, and presentations • Assist in building the sales/business development function
