Senior Business Systems Analyst Monday-Friday, 8:00 am- 5:00 pm United States- Remote Our team's Senior Business Systems Analyst plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This role involves analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and translating business requirements into technical specifications. The Senior Business Systems Analyst collaborates with stakeholders to ensure software solutions meet business objectives and technical standards. Our team plays a critical role in supporting and securing global customer Login and User Management as part of an Enterprise Technology Identity and Access Management capability. Experience: - 3-5+ years of experience in a Technical Business Analyst or similar role. - Experience with data analysis, technical requirements gathering, and solution design. - Proven track record in managing and delivering IT projects. Technical Skills: - Proficiency in Excel, and data analysis tools. - Experience with project management software (e.g., ServiceNow). - Knowledge of system integration, APIs, and database management.
