Business Systems Analyst
Angle Health
• Lead business and technical architectural decision-making for critical business processes and systems, ensuring scalable and sustainable solutions. • Lead strategic initiatives to revamp and improve the end-to-end user experience for internal and external stakeholders. • Serve as a product-owner-style partner, eliciting business-level requirements, articulating system vision with wireframes, process diagrams, etc as needed, collaborating with technical resources to design, build, test, and launch solutions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, design, and implement technology solutions that support business strategy. • Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for strategic improvements and operational efficiency. • Develop and maintain documentation for systems architecture, workflows, and design decisions for both technical and business audiences. • Coordinate with vendors and internal technology teams to ensure alignment on system functionality, enhancements, and support. • Apply data analysis and metrics to inform strategic decisions, measure impact, and drive continuous improvement. • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, leveraging meetings, documentation, and digital collaboration tools. • Lead other initiatives and strategic projects as assigned.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as a business analyst; preferably in healthcare, insurance, digital health, employer benefits, and other related industries
- Experience with software integration, system integration, and technologies used including SQL queries, APIs, sFTP, etc.
- Strong design and user experience skills, with proficiency in tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, or similar for creating wireframes, mockups, and process flows.
- Solid conceptual thinking and analytical skills with the ability to provide resolution to problems of a moderate complexity
- Creative curiosity and pragmatic innovation; understand current state and envision a path of improvement
- Experience with Jira and Zendesk is a plus
- Experience with Javascript or other scripting language is a plus

Senior Business Systems Analyst Monday-Friday, 8:00 am- 5:00 pm United States- Remote Our team's Senior Business Systems Analyst plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This role involves analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and translating business requirements into technical specifications. The Senior Business Systems Analyst collaborates with stakeholders to ensure software solutions meet business objectives and technical standards. Our team plays a critical role in supporting and securing global customer Login and User Management as part of an Enterprise Technology Identity and Access Management capability. Work may include new integrations, software upgrades, and new feature developments– all driven by a need to meet regulatory obligations, innovative efficiencies and excellent customer experience. Projects may be local or global and include one or many different software applications, with the opportunity to travel.
