• Lead strategic tech wide programs and initiatives that drive operational excellence and efficiency across the organization • Own end-to-end program delivery—from planning and scoping through execution and impact measurement • Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives • Drive alignment across teams to ensure coordinated effort toward shared goals • Facilitate regular and ad hoc leadership meetings, synthesizing discussions into clear action items, ownership, and timelines • Communicate program strategy, progress, and impact to stakeholders at all levels—from executives to individual contributors • Provide regular updates, solicit feedback, and proactively address blockers to maintain momentum • Translate strategic objectives into clear, actionable plans that align teams and drive accountability.
Job Requirements
- 12+ years of program management experience in technology companies, with a proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional programs on time and within scope
- Strategic communication skills
- Exceptional listener who synthesizes complex discussions into clear, actionable insights
- Translates technical concepts and strategic priorities into concise written communication tailored to diverse audiences—from engineering and data science to executive leadership
- Adapts communication style to resonate with different functions and stakeholder groups
