• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outbound calling, linkedin and email campaign and strong objection handling • Research, prospect and scheduled qualified meetings • Prepare detailed meeting prep documents to support Account Executives deliver impactful first impressions • Consistently share insights and observations with cross-functional teams to continuously improve strategies • Meet daily activity KPIs and consistently exceed quarterly quota goals, contributing to overall pipeline growth
Job Requirements
- 2+ years as a BDR/SDR or other relevant sales/customer-facing sales role (B2B SaaS is preferred)
- Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills
- Results-driven mindset with a strong hunter mentality
- Energetic, self-motivated attitude with a focus on action and execution
- Tech-savvy, ability to understand complex technology and translate it to customer benefits

Job Title: Remote Sales Development Representative Job Description We’re hiring a dedicated Sales Development Representative to source outbound leads focused on veteran- and disability-centered talent pipelines. This role involves researching and engaging organizations that provide scalable access to skilled, inclusive talent and qualifying opportunities for partnership and sales teams. Responsibilities - Identify and source high-quality outbound leads aligned to defined supply-side partner personas. - Research and build target lists of veteran and disability-serving non-profits, workforce programs, and training organizations. - Conduct initial outreach to potential leads via phone, email, or social media. - Qualify leads and determine interest and fit with customer solutions. - Educate leads about the value proposition and offerings. - Set up initial meetings or demos to present sales offerings. - Nurture outbound leads by enrolling them in sales sequences in Hubspot. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and interactions in Hubspot CRM. - Create and maintain a pipeline of potential prospects, including a target list of key prospects. - Ensure prospects align with priority skill sets and requisitions that align with customer missions. - Overcome objections to set initial meetings. - Collaborate with the sales team to support achieving overall sales goals. - Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new lead generation strategies.
