Full TimeRemoteTeam 11-50Since 2017H1B No Sponsor

At Linktree, we’re building the control center for digital personality — the place creators, businesses, and teams manage how they show up across the internet. Workspaces is a key part of that vision. It enables agencies, brands, and large organizations to manage many Linktrees, all in one place — collaborating across teams, launching campaigns at scale, and understanding performance across multiple profiles. As Staff Product Designer, Workspaces, you’ll lead the design of this platform layer, shaping how professional users operate inside Linktree. You’ll design systems that allow teams to manage large networks of profiles, collaborate across organizations, and run campaigns across the creator and business ecosystem. This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys solving complex platform and workflow challenges, and who wants to help transform Linktree from a single-profile tool into a multi-account operating system for digital presence with user insights forming the backbone that shape the strategy and tactics. What You’ll Do - Lead the design of Workspaces, Linktree’s platform for agencies, teams, brands, and multi-profile users. - Design experiences that enable users to manage many Linktrees from one place, with clarity, confidence, and control. - Create workflows for bulk editing, campaign management, analytics, collaboration, and account administration. - Design systems for team permissions, role management, access control, and shared editing environments. - Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data, Research, Sales, and Customer Success to understand customer needs, workflow pain points, and growth opportunities — and translate those insights into product direction. - Collaborate with Lifecycle/CRM and Marketing to help shape onboarding, education, adoption, and value communication for Workspaces across the customer journey. - Work across the broader Linktree ecosystem to ensure Workspaces integrates seamlessly with adjacent experiences such as profile curation, editing, customization, analytics, and growth tooling. - Partner with other product designers and cross-functional teams to define how workspace-level insights, shared workflows, and organizational controls connect to the core Linktree experience. - Use qualitative and quantitative insights, customer conversations, and market context to identify high-value opportunities and validate solutions for professional and multi-account users. - Help define the long-term design vision for how organizations operate inside Linktree, influencing both roadmap and strategic direction. What We’re Looking For - 8+ years of product design experience, including significant experience designing complex SaaS workflows, platform products, or multi-user systems with consumer product levels of usability and delight. - A strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking, workflow design, exceptional UI craft, and end-to-end product thinking. - Experience designing multi-user, multi-account, admin, or enterprise-style products, ideally with role-based workflows and permissions. - Strong product thinking, qualitative user research capabilities, and the ability to simplify complex problems into clear, intuitive experiences. - Experience leveraging customer insight and data to inform product direction and design execution. - Proven ability to collaborate effectively across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing. - Comfort operating at the intersection of product design, systems design, and commercial strategy, including helping teams articulate product value clearly to customers. - Experience designing across ecosystem-level journeys, where workflows span multiple surfaces, tools, or teams rather than living in a single isolated feature area. - Expert level experience in modern AI-fuelled product design tools, prototyping, and workflows, with strong judgment on when and how to use them effectively. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence direction across teams, functions, and levels of seniority. Bonus if you have experience designing for: - Creator tools - Marketing or analytics platforms - Collaboration software - Agency, team, or multi-account products - B2B2C or platform products that connect internal workflows with customer-facing experiences Why This Role Matters Workspaces unlocks entirely new use cases for Linktree — enabling agencies, brands, and organizations to operate inside the platform in a more powerful, coordinated, and scalable way. As Staff Product Designer, Workspaces, you’ll help define not just the product itself, but how its value is surfaced, understood, and adopted by customers over time. Your work will shape how teams manage creators, campaigns, content, and digital presence at scale — and help evolve Linktree from a link-in-bio tool into the operating system for digital personality. Linktree is committed to providing a fair and competitive compensation package including cash, equity, and benefits. The base salary offered for this role is targeted at $200,000 - $225,000 for roles based in San Francisco and Los Angeles. Final offers depend on multiple factors including location, experience, expertise, and role scope, and may vary from the range listed. P.S. If you don’t tick every box in this listing, please don’t rule yourself out. We take pride in inclusion and hiring incredible human beings with great potential over ticking boxes – so if this role resonates with you, hit that apply button! Our Story We’re on a mission to empower anyone to curate, grow, and monetize their digital universe. We created the “link in bio” category — and we’re just getting started. From creators, artists, and entrepreneurs to global brands, we’re redefining how people connect with their communities, showcase their content and promote products — all in one link. Today, a community of 70+ million use Linktree, including icons like Adidas, TikTok, the UN Environmental Program, The NFL, Manchester United, World Central Kitchen, Sabrina Carpenter, Olivia Rodrigo, and Selena Gomez. With 48,000 new accounts created every day, Linktree is the fastest-growing leader in our space. We’ve teamed up with some of the world’s biggest platforms including TikTok, Snap, YouTube, GoFundMe, Spotify, Google, Stripe, Reddit, Laylo, and Kajabi, to unify Linkers’ digital spaces, and we partner with retail brands Amazon, Nike, Nordstrom Target, Sephora, Vuori, and more to share products they love. We’re a tight-knit, passionate team building best-in-class tools that make online presence simple, powerful, and yours. If you're excited by the idea of shaping a new category, setting the standard, and making space for everyone to be seen and succeed, we’d love to meet you. Our culture is family-friendly and Zoom-casual where kids, pets, and delivery drivers are welcome. How we’ll help you thrive Our approach to benefits considers the whole person and the unique contributions they bring to Linktree. We want the experience at Linktree to be one that enables people to truly thrive so we can Go Further Together (one of our values). Some ways we support you: - An annual wellbeing allowance to use on things like (but not limited to) fitness memberships, development courses, childcare, travel, charitable donations, pet insurance, home office set-up - the choice is yours! - 100% coverage (and 80% for your dependents) of your monthly premiums for medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance for US-based employees. - Employer contribution towards your retirement. - Generous time off for vacation, holidays, parental leave, volunteer time, and other categories. - Employee stock option program - we want each and every employee to share in the company’s success. At Linktree, we believe in promoting a culture that celebrates unique backgrounds, talents, and experiences, and we’re proud to be an equal opportunity workplace. We are creating an inclusive workplace where every individual feels valued, respected, and has equal opportunities to thrive.
