• Entwicklung nutzerzentrierter Konzepte und Designs für digitale Produkte (v. a. Websites) • Erstellung von Personas, User Flows, Wireframes und Informationsarchitekturen • Gestaltung moderner, responsiver User Interfaces in Figma • Aufbau und Pflege von Designsystemen • Analyse und Ableitung von Optimierungen aus qualitativen und quantitativen Insights (z. B. Google Analytics, User Research) • Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von UX-/UI-Workshops mit Kund:innen und internen Teams (z. B. Anforderungsanalyse, Ideation, Prototyping) • Konzeption und Gestaltung von digitalen Kampagnen, Social-Media-Assets und gelegentlich Print-Produkten im Rahmen ganzheitlicher Markenauftritte

• You will strategically and operationally support your B2B clients in the areas of Marketing Automation and Inbound Marketing • You collect requirements from marketing and sales for the future ActiveCampaign or HubSpot instance and support the implementation of CRM systems and automation workflows, or analyze and optimize existing systems • Together with the team, you advise clients on Inbound Marketing, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, and marketing and sales processes, and you take care of the hands-on implementation in automation tools (forms, landing pages, integrations with other systems, etc.) • You identify areas for improvement and implement them for clients.
