• Manage a portfolio of medium and high-potential customers across self-service, traditional and small retail channels; • Achieve individual sales and revenue targets; • Coach and train new sales representatives; • Implement promotional campaigns and merchandising activities, ensuring proper product placement, including refrigerated items; • Gather competitive intelligence, market trends and business opportunities; • Analyze performance reports and recommend corrective actions.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • Proficiency with digital tools such as smartphones;
  • Familiarity with sales ERP systems;
  • Previous B2B and B2C sales experience, preferably in the food industry;
  • Basic knowledge of refrigerated products;
  • Leadership skills and the ability to train and support less experienced colleagues;
  • Own vehicle and availability for short trips within the assigned region;
  • Good communication skills, results-oriented and proactive.
  • Advantageous if you have:
  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
