Business Excellence Specialist The Business Excellence Specialist is an essential member of the BE organization who will support store success both remotely & onsite. Reporting directly to the North American Business Excellence Leader, this individual will work closely with leadership to implement new sales initiatives as they relate to store success. Problem-solving, onsite validation, Onsite Store Support, and Store Manager training are all a large part of the job. The Technical Sales BDM will be responsible for driving territory sales through technical product discussion with our customers. This role will collaborate with our customers to identify cross-sell opportunities and develop strategies to integrate our exclusive brand products into their proposals. The Technical Sales BDM will act as an internal manufacturer’s representative to generate demand and drive adoption of AV products.
