Project Manager

ACS Pro

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, from requirements gathering to final delivery • Manage scope, timelines, risks and client expectations • Act as the liaison between sales, technical teams and the client • Participate in requirements-gathering meetings and solution definition • Support proposal development, estimates and scope definition • Execute and monitor the implementation of ManageEngine solutions • Organize and control activities, schedules and deliverables • Ensure quality, adherence and client satisfaction • Monitor post-implementation support and solution evolution

Job Requirements

  • Project experience (Required | Hard Filter)
  • Proven experience managing critical technology projects with high operational impact and executive visibility
  • Direct experience in complex environments involving multiple stakeholders, system integrations and cross-dependencies
  • Track record of delivery in high-pressure scenarios, tight deadlines and a need for rapid decision-making
  • Experience managing incidents, significant risks and crisis situations during project execution
  • Ability to lead projects autonomously, ensuring predictability, control and structured communication with executive levels
  • Knowledge of corporate IT environments: Active Directory, Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), Windows Server and/or Linux
  • Experience with ITSM or IT management tools
  • Knowledge of ManageEngine solutions is a relevant advantage
  • Fluent English for oral and written communication, with the ability to interact directly with clients and international teams
