Job Requirements
- 6+ years of experience managing high-performing, mobile engineering teams.
- 10+ years of professional iOS development experience, with strong proficiency in Swift and experience across the iOS ecosystem, including Apple Payments.
- Experience building and shipping mobile applications to scaled audiences, with strong understanding of architecture, performance optimization, and user experience.
- Proven ability to lead projects from concept through launch, balancing speed and quality, and to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners to deliver business impact.
- Experience hiring, mentoring, and developing engineers, with strong communication and leadership skills.
- An AI-forward mindset, with curiosity about applying emerging technologies to improve developer and product experiences.
