• Designing, planning, and creating structured self-service learning modules across all product areas • Developing written training materials and high-quality video content that support different learning styles and levels of technical expertise • Collaborating with Product Management, Engineering, and Consulting to translate practical knowledge and best practices into effective learning content • Ensuring training reflects real-world use cases, data flows, and integration scenarios • Continuously improving materials based on product updates, customer and partner feedback, and usage insights • Delivering instructor-led training on-site and remotely for customers and partners • Contributing to the overall learning strategy and helping ensure consistency, clarity, and scalability across all content in the Lobster Digital Academy

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience creating technical learning content, documentation, or training materials for complex software products
  • Strong understanding of interface management, data flows, and data migration (middleware) concepts
  • Practical knowledge of integration architectures, APIs, message-based systems, and data transformation
  • The ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, structured, customer-friendly content
  • Experience planning and executing end-to-end training initiatives
  • Comfort working with both written and video-based learning formats
  • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)

Role Description This 15-20 hour per week ($20 per hour), 10-week remote internship will support the work of Thomas Edison State University’s Office of Learning Outcomes (OLO) under the supervision of the Assistant Vice Provost for Learning Assessment. The OLO is responsible for all institution- and program-level learning outcomes at TESU, from approval to curriculum mapping and assessment. OLO works with TESU’s five schools to facilitate assessment and continuous improvement for all degree programs as well as managing TESU's robust institutional assessment program, providing actionable data to stakeholders across the university. In this position, the intern will gain experience in institutional and program outcomes development, curriculum mapping, data analysis, reporting, and project management.
