Revenue Enablement Content Manager

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of revenue enablement content, from creating, organizing and optimizing to maintenance and measurement • Proactively identify sales team needs, translate complex product updates into actionable content, and ensure our sales team has up-to-date, compelling resources that support the full buyer lifecycle • Develop and manage best-in-class sales assets including pitch decks, talk tracks, battlecards, one-pagers, case studies, and playbooks aligned to buyer personas and the sales process • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to translate product value into clear, compelling seller-ready messaging • Ensure consistent, on-brand messaging across all sales content and communications • Maintain a scalable content framework that keeps materials current, easy to find, and easy to use • Support new hire onboarding and ongoing sales training with structured, high impact content • Measure content effectiveness and adoption, and continuously optimize based on feedback and performance data
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in revenue enablement, sales enablement, content strategy, or a related marketing or sales role
- Proven ability to create content for sales and go-to-market teams in a B2B and B2C environment
- Understanding of the sales process, buyer journeys, and revenue team needs
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Experience with enablement tools, CMS platforms, or CRM systems is a plus
