• Automate build, deployment, and infrastructure provisioning processes • Implement CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and delivery • Develop scripts and automations to reduce operational work • Manage Kubernetes environments (deployments, pods, autoscaling, and troubleshooting) • Ensure scalability and stability of applications in production • Design, provision, and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) • Manage networking, load balancers, and compute resources • Provision and manage infrastructure using Terraform, Pulumi, or similar tools • Version infrastructure and environments using Git best practices • Create and maintain Docker images and containerization processes • Implement monitoring with tools like Prometheus and Grafana • Centralize logs and implement distributed tracing • Create dashboards, metrics, and alerts to monitor platform health • Manage Apache Kafka clusters and streaming infrastructure • Support data pipelines and system integrations • Work with SQL and NoSQL databases in distributed environments • Implement security best practices in infrastructure and cloud • Manage access, permissions, and credentials • Ensure high availability, scalability, and resilience of environments • Administer secrets, access policies, and environment governance
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in DevOps roles
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and container-based architecture
- Knowledge of Apache Kafka and data pipelines
- Hands-on experience with cloud providers, preferably AWS or GCP; Azure knowledge is desirable
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar)
- Experience with monitoring, observability, and logging
- Strong experience configuring systems for automatic scaling and load distribution, ensuring high availability and performance under any demand
- Significant experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Good security practices, access management, and environment governance
- Previous experience working in SaaS companies or on SaaS products
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields

Position Summary: A DevOps Architect is the visionary behind an organization’s automation and cloud infrastructure strategy and a part of NTT DATA’s CCoE. He/ She will design the tools, and systems that power efficient software delivery. The DevOps Architect will take a higher-level approach—designing frameworks that guide teams and systems toward automation excellence. The DevOps Architect acts as both strategist and engineer, designing systems that ensure automation, scalability, and operational excellence. key responsibilities: Designing the framework for scalable and secure CI/CD pipelines. Overseeing the architecture of infrastructure-as-code (IaC) templates for consistent environment provisioning. Recommend Integration of DevOps tools across multi cloud environments. Establish governance, monitoring, and compliance frameworks. Define automation standards and best practices in consultation with engineering teams. Define and guide code-driven automation. Operate across multiple cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, OCI and Google Cloud. The DevOps Architect ensures seamless interoperability between these environments—maintaining performance, security, and cost efficiency. Design frameworks and reference architectures that embrace DevSecOps principles, embedding security checks into every stage of the CI/CD pipeline.
