• Provide technical and troubleshooting support for computer hardware, software, mobile devices, and related tech tools. • Document end-user issues accurately in the ITSM tool. • Follow established processes, knowledge documents, and support best practices. • Manage ticket backlog and ensure timely follow-up and resolution. • Contribute to continuous service improvement through knowledge scripts, training material updates, and process improvements. • Collaborate closely with onsite IT technicians across different locations.

Job Requirements

  • Fluent in both German and English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Previous experience in service desk, technical support, or customer support roles.
  • Good technical understanding of common hardware, software, and mobile device issues.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Able to work independently, follow direction, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Description of Work Who are we? - The North Carolina Early Intervention Section is a part of the Division of Child and Family Well-Being. It is the lead agency for the N.C. Infant-Toddler Program which provides supports and services for families and their children, birth to three, who have developmental delays and/or disabilities. - Children's Developmental Services Agencies (CDSAs) are the local agencies that implement the NC ITP across North Carolina, working with local service providers to help families help their children succeed. The primary purpose of the Nutritionist position is to provide comprehensive, complex nutrition evaluation and treatment services to children ages birth to three with a variety of medical/nutritional problems and developmental disabilities, chronic illnesses, or those characterized as medically high risk who are referred to or enrolled in the Infant Toddler Program. Services must be provided in compliance with Federal and State regulations for the Infant/Toddler Program, including providing services to the family in the child's natural learning environment such as the home.
