• Recruit, train and certify a sufficient and adequate number of active Evaluators from our internal database for specific projects (by emails/phone calls) • Manage the timely assignment and execution of the missions as per company standards, specific client requirements and project schedule/deadline. • Coordinate and report project status to the Operations Manager or the Operations Team Lead.

• Lead front-end midstream project scoping and development planning, including water sourcing, gas pipeline and water offtake coordination, and system-level planning inputs. • Coordinate cross-functional planning efforts to ensure midstream pipelines and facilities are properly scoped and aligned for development and execution. • Identify and communicate schedule risks across planning inputs including Land, Permitting, Civil Construction, Routing, and Project Execution teams. • Collaborate with various operating departments to proactively plan for tree clearing, linear construction, facilities installations, preinstalls, civil construction builds, and commissioning activities that support the delivery of asset creation, expansion, and servicing through the Midstream Master Operations Schedule. • Facilitate schedule coordination and development planning across functional groups to ensure alignment between upstream development and midstream delivery. • Proficiency with planning and digital workflow tools (Smartsheet, Salesforce, GIS platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite). • Maintain planning data integrity across digital systems including Smartsheet, Salesforce, and GIS. • Review and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation to support planning alignment. • Practical understanding of Midstream permitting, surface use land, and surveying. • Working understanding of GIS and proficiency with ArcMAP.

• Support operational aspects necessary for a health benefits offering including onboarding, offboarding, reporting, contribution adjustments and more. • Responsible for ensuring data provided by our customers is entered correctly and on time in our system to ensure we withhold and report accurately • Offboard employees in our systems as we receive updates from our customers about medical benefits changes for their employees • Provide reports to customers and third party benefits providers • Monitor and respond appropriately to customer inquiries via phone or email. Partner with enablement to enable internal teams to eventually field rudimentary questions. • Support onboarding of clients that choose our health benefits program. Mentor Customer Success to eventually be able to lead customer onboarding themselves. • Exceed service level objectives on accurate and timely reporting, case resolution and the percentage of medical benefit adjustments. • Proactively share new ways to enhance the product, process or systems • Review various audit reports ensuring we are: • Calculating withholdings accurately including dollar amounts, caps and consolidation across projects. • Capturing benefit eligibility correctly

Summary The Performance and Optimization Manager is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing the performance of operating assets across the US portfolio. The role includes developing performance forecasts, implementing improvement initiatives, and overseeing plant optimization efforts. This position is based in Austin, Texas (or remote). The candidate will have extensive experience in the performance aspects of energy projects, direct experience of monitoring the performance of utility scale solar PV and wind projects and a track record of successfully implementing optimization and overall performance improvement for assets. Knowledge of performance monitoring systems is essential and candidate will work directly with service providers to maintain relationships and improve existing asset intelligence. Key Responsibilities - Develop and manage the performance monitoring systems (Bax, Power Factors and GreenByte) for the US portfolio and establish reporting protocols to enable the business to have a clear view on plant performance. - Lead analysis of current project performance through use of approved software programs and reports. - Develop and implement KPIs to identify areas of under-performance and recommend opportunities for improvement supported by data and trends. - Manage interfaces between primary (plant control), secondary SCADA, data communication systems, onsite instrumentation and associated stakeholders to ensure high levels of data availability, reliability and redundancy. - Manage instrumentation systems like MET stations and POA sensors at assets to ensure proper data collection and plant performance analysis. - Review third party O&M contractor performance and compare with internal view of performance, identifying and resolving any gaps or discrepancies. - Work with others in the US team to identify potential business optimisation/innovation opportunities and create investment cases and plans. - Coordinate with global asset management team to standardize systems, reports, analysis methodology, tools, operations, and processes. - Provide input to Cubico’s improvement and innovation database. - Provide ad-hoc technical support to Cubico’s US team, including review of contractual specifications like SCADA and met station specifications, availability warranties, etc. - Engage with third party operational monitoring and performance analysis providers to manage data inputs, scope of service, deliverables and achievement of desired results including supporting asset managers in the actioning of any identified performance improvement opportunities - Coordinate long-term operational energy yield forecasts for existing portfolio assets - Provide input into the yearly budget process and life-time cost models - Support contractual performance testing, including contractual specification, data monitoring/quality assurance and performance analysis for solar capacity tests, solar performance ratio tests and wind turbine power performance tests. Candidate Requirement - Demonstrable experience in power plant operations and/or asset performance management, including direct exposure to wind or solar renewable generation. - Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - Hands‑on experience with in‑field equipment installation and troubleshooting is advantageous. - Proven success in delivering projects and managing client or external stakeholder relationships. - Proficiency with renewable energy software and data tools such as Greenbyte, Power Factors, Windographer, PVsyst, OpenOA, OpenFAST, BrightWind, SCADA, MERRA2, ERA5, SolarGIS, or similar systems. - Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams). - Strong capability in MS Excel and data‑visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik, with the ability to translate data tables into clear trend insights. - Excellent communication skills in English, with Spanish language ability considered an advantage. - Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and accuracy. - Self‑motivated, accountable, and able to work independently while supporting wider team objectives.
