• Design, develop, and optimize embedded software in C and C++ (primarily C++17) for a next-generation robotic security device • Work across the embedded stack, from Linux BSP and low-level integration to ARM-based microcontrollers running RTOS • Develop and maintain firmware components using Buildroot, Yocto, and CMake • Debug and resolve complex software, hardware, and connectivity issues • Contribute to the development of new features for a greenfield robotics product • Optimize software performance for resource-constrained embedded environments • Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices • Collaborate with QA on test strategy and product quality improvements • Prepare and maintain technical documentation for software design, APIs, and troubleshooting

• Drive sales of AMRs, AGVs, and intralogistics solutions as a key individual contributor passionate about automation. • Partner with Regional Sales Manager to achieve AOP via market analysis, territory/account strategy, execution, and metrics tracking. • Build sales plans to meet revenue targets, expand market share, and secure wins from existing/new accounts. • Identify customer needs, qualify opportunities, design solutions, and present value propositions. • Cultivate relationships across customer organizations, own account strategies, and maintain healthy sales pipeline. • Collaborate with solution teams, leadership, and technical experts to strategize and close deals. • Follow ANSCER Robotics sales processes and diligently develop, generate and maintain opportunity for a healthy funnel. • Lead internal strategy calls, master industry trends/standards, deliver great demos, and position solutions in complex sales cycles. • Engage in preliminary technical presentations and discussions with customers, so as to understand and fulfil their needs and requirements. • Deliver accurate monthly/quarterly/annual sales forecasts and reports.
