Senior DevSecOps Engineer

• Lead the end-to-end migration from Azure DevOps to GitHub Enterprise. • Design and implement reusable GitHub Actions workflows. • Drive the implementation and adoption of GitHub Advanced Security. • Define and enforce CI/CD standards. • Act as the technical lead for AWS modernization initiatives. • Design and maintain Terraform code for AWS infrastructure. • Support container engineering practices including Helm. • Contribute to serverless architectures using AWS Lambda. • Embed security and compliance controls into delivery pipelines. • Work closely with platform, security, cloud, and application teams. • Mentor junior engineers.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in DevSecOps, cloud automation, platform engineering, or related areas.
  • Advanced hands-on experience with GitHub Enterprise.
  • Advanced expertise in GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipeline architecture.
  • Strong experience with GitHub Advanced Security.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Terraform for AWS infrastructure provisioning and management.
  • Strong experience with AWS services relevant to modern cloud delivery.
  • Experience with Kubernetes and containerized workloads.
  • Solid experience with Azure DevOps as a migration source environment.
  • Strong understanding of DevSecOps practices, automation, compliance, and secure cloud delivery.
  • Proven experience in international projects.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Overview The DevOps Engineer primary responsibility is driving cloud automation, best practices and enhancements on our DevOps Engineering team. The mission is to support teams by providing infrastructure, resources, and tools that allow teams to automate, develop, self-service and experiment.The DevOps Engineer will also help drive continuous improvement in our software development life cycle by improving our release processes, enhancing our tooling, and driving automation. Responsibilities - Support Engineering and Platform automation efforts with development and scripting skills. - Automate operational processes using scripting languages. - Develop, implement, and continually improve system and network monitoring and alerting capabilities and procedures. - Identify and solve problems related to performance, scalability, reliability, and availability. - Implement/maintain Cloud security guidelines and best practices. - Work with Amazon Web Services and Azure Products & Services, Relational and NoSQL Databases, Object and Block Storage, Scaling, Load Balancing, DNS, Networking etc. - Maintains document and diagram workflows and environments and communicate changed both verbally and in writing. - Works with project teams to employ best practices in source control, continuous integration and delivery.
