Head of Growth – Demand Generation

• Own and scale non-paid and hybrid pipeline creation post-Series A. • Turn brand, content, events, partnerships, PR, and community-led initiatives into measurable, repeatable revenue pipeline. • Lead all growth initiatives outside of paid acquisition and classic inbound. • Work closely with the VP of Marketing (who owns paid, inbound, funnel infrastructure, and product marketing) and Sales leadership. • Increase qualified pipeline and deal velocity through creative, scalable demand generation initiatives. • Own the strategy for non-paid and hybrid demand generation with a clear focus on pipeline creation. • Design and execute scalable growth plays across events, partnerships, social and thought leadership, webinars, roundtables, community-led initiatives, and earned media. • Build and manage a portfolio of revenue-relevant partnerships. • Own executive, brand, and product narratives across social and community channels. • Define and execute a PR and earned media strategy.

Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS growth, demand generation, field marketing, or ecosystem-led growth.
  • Experience in fast-scaling B2B companies, ideally in Series A to C environments, with exposure to rapid growth phases.
  • Proven track record of generating pipeline through non-paid or hybrid channels, selling to similar ICPs.
  • Strong strategic thinker with a high execution bias.
  • Comfortable being measured on revenue outcomes.
  • Able to balance creativity with commercial discipline.

Role Description EndeavorB2B is seeking a results-driven Demand Generation Specialist to execute and optimize multi-channel campaigns that drive engagement, qualified leads, and pipeline growth. This role is focused on hands-on campaign execution, performance optimization, and measurable impact on pipeline. You’ll partner closely with Marketing Operations, Sales, and Marketing Managers to ensure campaigns are launched efficiently, tracked accurately, and continuously improved.
