• End-to-end calendar management for CEO and COO across multiple time zones • Scheduling, rescheduling, and resolving conflicts with clear buffers • Enforcing meeting hygiene (agenda, objectives, right participants) • Proactively reducing unnecessary meetings and protecting focus time • Inbox and message triage (email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Slack as applicable) • Drafting professional executive-level responses and highlighting decisions needed • Preparing meeting briefs, agendas, and pre-reads • Taking structured meeting notes and sharing Decisions & Action Items within 2 hours • Tracking action items, owners, deadlines, and follow-ups until closure • Maintaining a single executive task tracker (ClickUp / Notion / Asana / Jira) • Sending daily executive summaries (meetings, priorities, pending decisions) • Supporting admin operations such as travel planning, expenses, invoices, and documentation

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant to senior leaders
  • Excellent written and spoken English with professional executive communication skills
  • Strong follow-up discipline and ability to drive tasks to completion
  • High level of organization, confidentiality, and judgment
  • Comfortable working with Google Workspace (Calendar, Docs, Sheets) and Zoom/Meet
  • Ability to overlap 2–4 hours daily with Europe/Berlin time zone
  • Comfortable working remotely with async coordination

Job Description Key Responsibilities - Strategic Operational Leadership: Integral to the C-suite team at FuzeRx and drive outcomes for the business. Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies that maximize revenue and profitability for pharmacy operations.
