We drive innovation to ensure our cutting-edge solutions are helping to solve the biggest challenges in the semiconductor industry. ## The impact you'll make Metrology group is responsible for process validation readiness and data reliability as well as delivering new techniques for emerging requirements, and we provide expert services for techniques which require dedicated operational ownership, and training/support for those techniques appropriate for direct use by process engineers and techs. As a Lab Chemical Engineer, you will be a pivotal force in supporting Lam's engineering process and improvement, helping product groups solve metallic, ionic, and organic contamination-related issues by providing fast trace-level impurities data or characterization information. ## What you'll do This role will be on-site Swing Shift - Responsible for performing chemical sample preparation and sample analysis in support of advanced engineering activities. - Operation of ICP-MS, TXRF, VPD, ICP-OES, IC, TPD, and other analytical instruments. - Preparing reports, providing data, and interacting/consulting with product developmnt communities. - Performing analytical equipment troubleshooting and maintenance. - Contributing to new analytical capabilities and methods development. - Approximately 80% of the role will involve servicing workflow requests from product development engineers for sample preparation and analysis on instruments within your area. - Maintaining overall lab capabilities in a high state of readiness by performing regular instrument calibrations, preparing standards from reagents, and adhering to and developing advanced test procedures. ## Who we're looking for - Bachelor's degree in a technical field with 2+ years of experience operating analytical instruments such as ICPMS, ICP-OES, VPD, TXRF, IC in related analytical test fields. - Hands-on experience with wet chemistry lab work, wafer VPD decomposition and wafer surface scanning sample preparation. - Good analytical development and equipment troubleshooting skills. - Self-motivation, diligent work ethic, and proactive attitude. ## Preferred qualifications - Chemistry/Biochemistry/Chemical engineering education background is preferred, and semiconductor analytical test lab experience is a plus. ## Our commitment We believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential. • Provides a wide range of IT services from desktop & application support to basic administrative duties for servers, networking, and firewall equipment • Responds to auto generated ticket alerts both critical and non-critical • Monitors and works tickets in ticket system for client submitted requests • Acknowledges and responds to tickets based on Managed Services SLA • Participates in phone call queue for client call in requests • Reviews monthly client reports and provides resolutions solutions based on generated reports • Escalates tickets to internal departments and clients IT departments • Performs proactive maintenance duties such as switch/firewall/routers upgrades, server patches, workstation patches, firewall rules, etc. • Provides remote application and hardware support for switches, routers, firewalls, servers, and storage • Monitors and analyzes customer networks, systems, backups, and security appliances • Works with customer’s primary field engineer to perform work on an as needed basis • Project manages internal department initiatives from time to time • Contributes and enhances internal department process/system documentation • Follows policies and procedures on a department and per client basis • Conducts training of customers or colleagues in both formal and informal environments • Maintains documentation of customer technical information as it relates to procedures, servers, applications, infrastructure, and remote support instructions

• Lead technical discovery, architectural planning, and the end-to-end implementation of complex product features. • Develop and maintain high-performance, accessible, and engaging mobile interfaces using React Native and Expo. • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and stakeholders to align technical execution with business objectives. • Enhance the capabilities of the engineering team through active pairing, comprehensive code reviews, and structured knowledge-sharing. • Maintain and evolve scalable mobile architectures, ensuring adherence to secure coding practices and performance optimisation standards. • Contribute to a culture of measurement and continuous improvement, utilising data and user feedback to refine the product.

• You are responsible for analyzing and optimizing system availability and reliability at our automated warehouses. • You take ownership of analyzing and evaluating system and operational data (including production, operations, EWM-MFR). • You develop and implement measures to increase efficiency and reliability. • You support proactive project management and the system integrator with technical questions regarding systems, processes, and workflows. • You ensure a smooth ramp-up and operations while considering technical and organizational requirements.
