Risk Analyst
Oyster
• Assist the Risk Manager in building and maintaining an Enterprise Risk Management Programme. • Assist the Risk Manager in building, maintaining, and continuously improving Oyster's enterprise risk register, risk appetite framework, and risk taxonomy. • Support periodic risk assessments across business functions (e.g., Payments, Payroll, KYC, Vendor Management), identifying risk owners, inherent/residual risk ratings, and control gaps. • Help coordinate risk workshop meetings: prepare agendas, draft meeting notes, track action items, and maintain risk documentation. • Monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and assist in developing risk dashboards and executive-level reporting materials. • Support third-party and vendor risk management processes, including initial risk tiering, screening, and periodic reviews. • Assist with operational risk assessments for new product launches, geographic expansions, and process changes. • Help develop and maintain ERM policies, procedures, frameworks, and internal tooling. • Support control testing activities as required. • Document risk findings clearly, including rationale behind risk ratings and escalation decisions. • Assist with KYC/KYB due diligence on new and existing business clients, ensuring compliance with AML regulations across applicable jurisdictions. • Support sanctions screening workflows and escalate potential matches in accordance with internal procedures. • Help conduct Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews for high-risk customers, as directed. • Maintain accurate audit trails and case documentation. • Assist with vendor onboarding and offboarding screening, including adverse media and sanctions checks. • Support investigations into flagged activity using public and non-public databases and records. • Help prepare case recommendations with documented findings and clear decision rationale. • Assist in monitoring regulatory developments relevant to Oyster's global operations (employment law, AML, data privacy, payroll reporting). • Contribute to the development of compliance policies, playbooks, FAQs, and training materials. • Support fulfillment of regulatory, legal, and client information requests. • Participate in compliance training initiatives and cross-functional GRC projects.
Job Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in risk management, compliance, KYC/AML, internal audit, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of risk management frameworks (e.g., ISO 31000, COSO ERM) — or demonstrated willingness and ability to learn quickly.
- Familiarity with KYC/AML concepts, customer due diligence (CDD/EDD), and sanctions screening fundamentals.
- Strong analytical, research, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication; ability to document findings and summarize risks for varied audiences.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
- Demonstrated proactivity in identifying gaps, asking targeted questions, and escalating appropriately.
- Bonus Qualifications (Not required but good to have)
- Certification CAMS, CRISC, CRMA, CRM, GRCP, or equivalent
- AML Law Knowledge BSA, USA PATRIOT Act, OFAC, FATF guidelines
- GRC Tooling Exposure to risk management platforms.
- Industry: Banks, Large corporations, HR tech, SaaS, Fintech, or global employment platforms.
- Function Prior experience in a corporate compliance, risk department, or internal audit.

Overview POSITION OVERVIEW Fidelity National Financial (FNF) is seeking a Fraud Operations Lead to join the Compliance organization and lead the development, coordination, and maturation of the company’s enterprise wire fraud prevention, detection, and response capabilities. This role is responsible for establishing and aligning a unified operating model that reduces exposure to wire fraud attempts and successful diversions across the enterprise. The Fraud Operations Lead will oversee fraud intake, analytics, monitoring, detection workflows, and incident response processes while ensuring consistent standards, governance, and operational discipline across teams. This role partners closely with Compliance, Information Security, Technology, Operations, and business units to translate fraud intelligence and incident insights into measurable operational improvements, stronger controls, and enhanced detection capabilities. The ideal candidate brings strong operational leadership experience in security, compliance, or technical operations environments and is focused on delivering tangible outcomes such as improved control effectiveness, earlier fraud detection, and measurable reductions in fraud exposure. LOCATION - This role sits 100% remote. - Occasional travel is required to our corporate office in Jacksonville, FL and to different FNF operations to lead training seminars. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Enterprise Fraud Operations Leadership - Lead and manage enterprise wire fraud operations, aligning intake, analytics, monitoring, detection, and response activities into a coordinated operating model. - Establish governance frameworks, standardized workflows, and escalation paths to ensure consistent incident handling across teams. - Build and mature the enterprise Fraud Operations structure while aligning efforts across multiple business units and functional teams. COMPENSATION & BENFITS This position has the potential to earn compensation in the range of $125,000 - $170,000 annually based on location and job-related factors such as skillset and experience. Actual rate may vary within the range provided, depending on a number of factors, including skillset, experience and location. The base compensation is one component of the total rewards package offered to our employees, including optional health and welfare insurance (medical/dental/vision/life/disability); paid holidays, vacation, and sick time off; and matching 401(k) plan and matching employee stock purchase plan.
