Customer Support Agent

Onepilot

• As a Onepilot agent, you work on a freelance basis and support our clients’ customers with their inquiries. • After completing e-learning training for the specific client, you will receive access to a project-specific knowledge base. • Using our technology and the knowledge base, you can efficiently respond to inquiries via email, chat, or phone. • You work entirely remotely and are paid per resolved ticket. • The rate per inquiry depends on complexity, handling time, and your location, and ranges from €0.40 to €2.00. • On average, our agents earn between €15 and €20 per hour.

Job Requirements

  • You are comfortable using new technologies
  • You enjoy solving problems, are curious and proactive
  • You enjoy communicating — both written and verbal
  • You are available at least 15 hours per week
