Web Developer – Marketing Team

Profitroom

• Develop, customize, and maintain our ecosystem within HubSpot CMS, including custom modules and templates (HubL). • Build and optimize high-performing landing pages to drive lead generation and campaign success. • Troubleshoot front-end issues, resolve bugs, and ensure seamless cross-browser and responsive performance. • Proactively improve site speed, Core Web Vitals, and technical SEO to maintain a competitive digital presence. • Implement and manage tracking (GA4, GTM, HubSpot pixels) to support data-driven decision-making. • Partner with Design, Content, and Revenue teams to execute A/B tests, CRO initiatives, and UX enhancements.

Job Requirements

  • HubSpot Expert: Proven experience with HubSpot CMS and HubL (essential).
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with Git/version control and integrating AI tools to streamline development and workflows.
  • Skilled in debugging, API integrations, and front-end performance optimization.
  • Deep understanding of CRO, user journeys, and funnel logic.
  • Commercial Mindset: Awareness of how web architecture and site performance directly impact lead generation and business growth.
  • Ability to balance technical stability and high-speed performance with aesthetic appeal and usability.
  • Proactive Problem-Solving: Identify opportunities, propose solutions, and thrive in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment.
  • Fluency in Polish and English at a minimum C1 level.
