Job Description
Organic Growth Specialist
Sprinto
• Organic Funnel Ownership: Own the entire organic funnel: traffic → MQLs → SQLs → pipeline. Be accountable to one metric: organic SQLs. • Diagnose & Fix What’s Broken: Identify why organic declined (content decay, weak EEAT, technical gaps, strategy issues) and ship fixes fast. Prioritize ruthlessly—focus only on what moves SQLs. • Experimentation at Speed: Run experiments in the first 90 days across high-intent keywords, Conversion paths, Content formats and SEO tactics. Double down on winners. Kill what doesn’t work. • Win in Modern Search: Drive visibility across Google & AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, answer engines. Test what gets cited, what ranks, and what converts. • Build Systems That Scale: Create compounding systems using Programmatic SEO, AI-assisted optimization, Automation (n8n, workflows, reporting). Build dashboards tracking traffic → MQLs → SQLs → pipeline. • Align with Revenue: Work closely with Sales to understand lead quality. Optimize for pipeline, not vanity traffic.
Job Requirements
- Proven SEO → Pipeline Impact: You’ve driven organic SQLs or pipeline growth, not just traffic.
- Experimentation Mindset: You constantly test, iterate, and ship—never short of ideas.
- Speed & Ownership: You move fast, iterate quickly, and take full ownership of outcomes.
- Business Thinking: You connect SEO directly to revenue metrics (SQLs, pipeline).
- Modern Search Understanding: You understand where search is going: AI, LLMs, answer engines, zero-click environments.
- B2B SaaS Context: You understand how B2B funnels work and what converts traffic into qualified pipeline.
- Turnaround Experience: You’ve revived or scaled a declining organic channel before.
- Experience: 4–6+ years of hands-on SEO in B2B SaaS or high-intent products.
Benefits
- Work wherever you are: We’re 100% remote, so you get to choose if you want to work from home, cafe, hills or beaches.
- Co-working, on the house: If co-working is your jam, we offer a generous annual allowance of up to INR 14,000 annually* for social working.
- We care about your learning: We are invested in seeing you grow, and commit USD 1000 annually to help you level up your skills.
- We count your spark, not your leaves: We care about you not just as an employee, but as a person. So if you need a reset, make use of Unlimited leaves.
- Your Safety Net, Woven in: We take care of the what-ifs. From health insurance with coverage up to INR 10 lakh for you and your family, to accident protection of an additional INR 10 lakh, and life insurance worth 3× your annual salary, our benefits wrap you and your family in protection so you can focus on thriving.
- Workspace setup of your dreams: Work from anywhere, and if that’s home, we’ll chip in INR 35,000 to help you create a space that’s as effortless as your workflow.
