• Agisce attivamente per l’implementazione della strategia di Yara Biologicals, supportando tutte le attività necessarie nella zona di competenza. • Creazione ed esecuzione di piani di vendita (YaraVita e YaraAmplix) per l'area di responsabilità e piano di vendita per cliente (obiettivo, fatturato, mix di portafoglio), con il supporto del manager vendite. • Verifica e sviluppa potenziali clienti. • Gestisce e comunica mensilmente le previsioni di vendita bimestrali al Sales Manager Italia. • Responsabile dello sviluppo e gestione del collocamento sul mercato dei prodotti fogliari e biostimolanti Yara. • Eseguire azioni di generazione della domanda non solo a livello di distribuzione, ma anche a livello di utente finale. • Creare e implementare il piano di generazione della domanda per YaraVita e YaraAmplix per l'area di responsabilità e per i clienti chiave. • Propone e gestisce le attività di marketing in collaborazione con i colleghi del marketing per supportare i distributori locali. • Essere un riferimento per i prodotti YaraVita e YaraAmplix, chiarendo dubbi e aiutando a comunicare le nostre proposte di valore, assicurando il corretto posizionamento tecnico/commerciale. • Supportato da Marketing ed Agronomi, organizza e partecipa allo sviluppo e gestione di eventi e comunicazioni con gli Agricoltori. • Partecipa ad attività promozionali, riunioni ed eventi in collaborazione con il Marketing.

Job Requirements

  • Laurea in Agraria o esperienza equivalente.
  • Esperienza maturata nelle vendite e sviluppo di fertilizzanti ad alto valore aggiunto (fogliari e biostimolanti).
  • Almeno 2 anni di esperienza nello sviluppo del mercato o in ruoli tecnici similari.
  • Abilità relazionali e comunicative, capacità di tradurre le informazioni tecniche in valore pratico per agricoltori, tecnici o rivendite.
  • Capacità di lavorare in squadra.
  • Conoscenza dei sistemi Informatici.
  • La buona conoscenza della lingua inglese è considerato un plus.
  • Patente di guida B.
