Lead UX/UI

Somnio Software

• Lead the UX/UI strategy across the company’s digital products. • Design user-centered experiences based on research, data, and best practices. • Define and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI standards. • Collaborate with Product Managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into design solutions. • Oversee design quality across all stages: research, wireframes, prototypes, UI, and developer handoff. • Mentor and guide UX/UI designers when applicable. • Promote user research, usability testing, and continuous improvement. • Ensure visual and interaction consistency across platforms (web and/or mobile).

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience leading UX/UI projects or teams.
  • Strong background in digital product design (web or mobile).
  • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar).
  • Experience working with design systems.
  • Familiarity with product design methodologies, design thinking, and agile processes.
  • Strong communication skills to present design decisions to technical and business stakeholders.
  • Portfolio showcasing design process and outcomes.
  • Nice to Have: Experience in UX research and user testing.
  • Background working with product teams or startups.
  • Knowledge of accessibility and usability best practices.
  • Experience building or scaling design teams.
