Role Description We're looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to own the visual and interaction design of our product. You'll work closely with product and engineering teams, focusing on delivering polished, user-centered design — from early wireframes through to final visual execution, while our dedicated product team handles strategy and roadmap. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for new and existing features - Own the visual design language and ensure consistency across the product - Conduct usability testing and translate findings into design improvements - Collaborate with engineers to ensure accurate implementation of designs - Use Mixpanel to analyze user behavior and inform design decisions Qualifications - Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX work across web and/or mobile products - Expert-level Figma skills - Solid understanding of usability principles and interaction design - Experience using product analytics tools (Mixpanel or similar) - Ability to work independently and take ownership of the design process - Strong attention to detail and visual craft Requirements - Experience in SaaS or B2B products (Nice to Have) - Familiarity with design systems and component libraries (Nice to Have) Benefits - Work directly with the customer, in a culture of ownership and impact - 20 fully paid vacation days - 15 fully paid sick leaves - Paid public holidays - Compensation for health insurance and sports club membership (after trial period) - Remote work flexibility
