• Generate qualified customer leads following our B.A.N.T criteria through cold calling • Make appointments with key decision-makers for follow-up meetings • Keep up-to-date knowledge of the specific industry and product solutions relating to the IT industry so as to be able to communicate, convince and assist customers • Accurately updating account/lead information via our internal CRM platform • Achieve monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPI) set • Perform occasional ad-hoc duties assigned by the Team Leader

Job Requirements

  • Min 1 year of B2B experience in a Telesales environment (Preferably in the area Finance, Insurance or Technology solution (SW/HW) industry)
  • Fluent in English / Tagalog as this position needs to liaise with Tagalog speaking customers
  • Self-motivated and self-driven; able to work independently with little or no supervision while maintaining consistently high productivity
  • The ability to "solution sell" rather than selling a product
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
