Senior Data Analyst – Marketing

Sleek

• Turn data from our Marketing & CRM sources into actionable insights for Sleek’s CEO, CRO, Marketing Leaders & CFO. • Improve Monthly Leadership Reporting of Marketing: include targets in Marketing dashboard, Drive revamp of Marketing Dashboard in Tableau, in a way that is clear and concise. Add visualizations most useful for users, remove little used sections. • Improve Marketing department level reporting to drive better actions: Improve page-level performance reporting and keyword mapping to support SEO, Improve website analytics reporting (working closely with eCommerce team) to support improvements on conversion rates. • Data integrity & Documentation: Ensure all key metrics and calculations are clearly documented in Confluence or Google Docs and pinned/ linked in our internal Wiki or Slack channels. Language should be accessible to other Data Analysts and non-technical stakeholders. Ensure Channel attribution is representative of the true source of leads and customers. Drive improvements with various teams responsible of the input data (platform, CRM, eCommerce) to ensure maximum accuracy. • Competitive Reporting: Define & Build competitive reporting dashboards or tools to monitor & drive action. • Data quality recommendations: Work with Tech, Product and Data Engineers to ensure data pipelines are robust and efficient, so that BigQuery is maintained as best as possible. • Manage 1 intern + Collaborate with other Data Analysts: Even though you’ll be embedded within the functional team and working independently, you’ll need to contribute to an inclusive, friendly, knowledge sharing culture with other DAs. You will also manage 1 intern.

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of 8 years experience as a Data Analyst in Marketing.
  • Strong Experience with Channel attribution & web analytics datasets.
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Experience with Tableau
  • Experience with CRM systems & data, Hubspot preferred
  • Experience with AI-based data analytics, with recent models
