Tech Lead – Remote, EMEA

• Lead by example by writing high-quality, production-ready code across the entire stack (React/Node.js). • Pioneer AI-augmented development workflows for the entire team. • Collaborate daily with the Head of Product & Engineering to translate the product vision into a robust technical roadmap. • Define and evolve our full-stack architecture. • Evaluate new feature requests for technical risk and effort. • Advocate for and implement best practices in IaC and CI/CD. • Drive technical excellence through deep code reviews, pair programming.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software development, with meaningful time in a senior, staff, or founding engineer role.
- Expert-level proficiency in the TypeScript/Node.js/React ecosystem.
- Strong experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred, but GCP/Azure experience with willingness to learn is fine).
- You actively use AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or similar) in your daily development.
- You think in terms of user value, not just lines of code.
- A proven track record of taking products from initial concept to production.
- Fluent English. Clear, concise async communication.
