External Technical Sales Representative – Equine

• Actively prospect new customers and business opportunities in the equine segment; • Conduct direct sales of the equine product line, leading negotiations, commercial presentations and order closings; • Manage and develop the customer portfolio to drive loyalty and increase sales volume; • Monitor targets, commercial indicators and individual results; • Record orders, negotiations and commercial activities in systems or reports defined by the company; • Work on customer retention by identifying needs and proposing appropriate commercial solutions; • Monitor the market, competitors and strategic opportunities; • Participate in commercial activities, events and promotional campaigns for the segment, when required; • Comply with commercial policies, internal guidelines and established targets; • Take care of work resources and perform other duties related to the role, as directed by the immediate supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in agricultural fields such as Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science (Zootecnia), Agronomy or related areas.
- Preferred: Knowledge of compounded medications or veterinary products; training in sales techniques and negotiation.
- Previous experience in field sales or commercial representation in the veterinary segment;
- Experience with technical-commercial customer support;
- Own a vehicle and hold a valid Category B driver’s license (CNH B);
- Field-based role with frequent visits;
- Availability to travel and attend events.
