• Actively prospect new customers and business opportunities in the equine segment; • Conduct direct sales of the equine product line, leading negotiations, commercial presentations and order closings; • Manage and develop the customer portfolio to drive loyalty and increase sales volume; • Monitor targets, commercial indicators and individual results; • Record orders, negotiations and commercial activities in systems or reports defined by the company; • Work on customer retention by identifying needs and proposing appropriate commercial solutions; • Monitor the market, competitors and strategic opportunities; • Participate in commercial activities, events and promotional campaigns for the segment, when required; • Comply with commercial policies, internal guidelines and established targets; • Take care of work resources and perform other duties related to the role, as directed by the immediate supervisor.
