Job Description

Audience Manager – Customer Journey Creator

Falstaff Verlags-GmbH

• Design, build, test and continuously optimize Piano Composer journeys/experiences • Segmentation and audience logic based on behavioral and CRM data (including personalization and offer logic) • Set up and operate real-time journeys in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys (trigger- & segment-based) • Journey monitoring, KPI tracking, A/B testing and ongoing conversion & retention optimization • Close collaboration with editorial, product, data/BI, CRM/sales and external tech partners • Document learnings and build best-practice libraries (templates, playbooks)

Job Requirements

  • 1–4 years of experience in audience development, CRM, marketing automation, subscription/paywall environments or similar roles
  • Practical experience with journey/experience builders (ideally Piano Composer; alternatively Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Adobe, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of registration/subscription funnels, paywalls and retention mechanics
  • Initial hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys or comparable real‑time orchestration tools
  • Automation mindset, preferably with Power Automate / Microsoft Flow
  • Interest in AI for segmentation, next‑best‑action, testing and content recommendations
  • Basic skills in simple creative/content assets (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express, Figma)
  • Very good German & English; Italian or Scandinavian languages are a plus
