Job timings: Mon - Fri US EST time zone Job Location: Morocco (Remote) The QA Engineer (Manual & Automation) is responsible for both manual and automated testing to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of software applications. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts, as well as executing detailed manual test cases. The candidate will collaborate with QA, development, and product teams to enhance test coverage and integrate testing into the development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities - Design and execute functional, regression, API, and exploratory test cases. - Develop, maintain, and enhance UI and API automation test suites. - Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines. - Perform API validation and basic database testing using SQL. - Collaborate with developers and product teams in Agile environments. - Utilize AI tools to generate test cases, improve automation scripts, accelerate debugging, and enhance test documentation. - Ensure quality standards are maintained across all stages of the software development lifecycle. Requirements - 3–5 years of experience in QA (manual and automation testing). - Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC. - Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, JavaScript, or Python). - Hands-on experience with test automation tools (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar). - Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines. - Practical knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured, or similar). - Familiarity with AI-assisted testing workflows and tools. - Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Develop testing procedures. - Develops test plans, scripts, scenarios, functional tests, regression tests, and deployment tests. - Implements the testing processes and ensures all test activities follow those processes. Produces reports on each test activity and tracks test metrics. - Monitors for continual test process improvement through failure analysis, throughput analysis, yield analysis, and report to management periodically.
