Software Engineer – Fintech Platform

Buddle

• Design, develop, and maintain core services within the banking and payment integrations layer. • Build and support features including cashback logic, transaction processing (e.g. Visa), and scheduled batch jobs for backend operations like reporting and debt collection. • Ensure robust, performant code and smooth deployment pipelines using modern cloud infrastructure. • Work closely with Product Managers and Designers to translate requirements into high-quality technical solutions. • Bring intuitive financial experiences to life by transforming UX/UI concepts into polished product features. • Continuously refine flows related to transaction histories, cashback programs, and user balances to enhance usability and clarity. • Contribute to improving customer engagement and satisfaction through thoughtful software development. • Share ideas and propose technical improvements to existing systems and workflows. • Participate in regular planning sessions and code reviews to support team cohesion and knowledge sharing.

Job Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of professional Software Engineer experience
  • Solid background in software development and system design
  • Proficiency in Golang, AWS ECS, and Terraform, or equivalent programming languages and cloud infrastructure tools
  • Experience working closely with Product and Design teams to bring product roadmaps to life
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced fintech environment.
