Clinical Solution Advisor (EHRM – Oracle Health) Remote Full-Time Mid–Senior Level Overview Emerging Tech is seeking a Clinical Solution Advisor (SA) to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Electronic Health Record Modernization Integration Office (EHRM-IO). This role is responsible for providing technical expertise in Oracle Health solutions, supporting clinical system configuration, and ensuring successful implementation and optimization of EHR capabilities across the VA enterprise. Key Responsibilities - Provide technical expertise using Oracle Health configuration tools (DCPTools, CoreEventManager, Bedrock) to manage and support clinical solutions - Leverage EHR expertise to support knowledge transfer and user adoption across stakeholders - Design and develop new software solutions or enhancements within healthcare/clinical environments - Manage, escalate, and resolve tickets and change requests using ServiceNow in alignment with Oracle Health model recommendations - Support functional validation, end-user testing, and EHRM-related testing events - Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders including VA teams, Oracle Health, and local site users - Facilitate collaboration across EHRM-IO pillars, VHA Council Management Team, and Requirements Development & Management (RDM) - Track requirements, deliverables, risks, and issues to ensure deadlines are met and mitigation strategies are executed - Provide strong written and verbal communication, analytical support, and documentation Minimum Qualifications - Must be authorized to work in the United States - 5+ years of professional experience - Hands-on experience with Oracle Health tools: DCPTools, Bedrock, and CoreEventManager (required) - Experience designing and developing software or system enhancements in healthcare/clinical environments - Demonstrated ability to work independently as a senior technical contributor - Experience addressing systems integration, compatibility, healthcare informatics, and multi-platform environments - Experience supporting full project lifecycle and delivery - Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field - OR 10+ additional years of relevant experience in lieu of degree Preferred Qualifications - Experience supporting Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) programs - Experience implementing Electronic Health Records (EHR), preferably Oracle Health/Cerner - Familiarity with healthcare data standards, clinical workflows, and informatics Benefits - Retirement Plan - Group Health Insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision) - Paid Time Off - Referral Bonus - Performance and Retention Bonus Opportunities Compensation Full-Time Direct Hire Salary Range: $100,000 – $125,000
