Senior Integrated Designer

OLIVER+

• Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to ideate, create, and deliver integrated design assets across digital and social. • Design, layout, animate and refine digital marketing assets (static, animated, and video formats), e-commerce content, and social-first visuals - directly leveraging GenAI tools to accelerate, enhance, or transform ideation and production processes. • Develop assets for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google Display using the Pencil platform in response to client briefs. • Take client briefs through all steps including insight, concept, copy, image & video generation and final creative assembly using different GenAI models and techniques. • Optimize and adapt assets for multi-channel rollouts, ensuring best practices for web, mobile, and social distribution. • Implement brand guidelines, ensuring visual quality and cohesion throughout every project. • Respond constructively to feedback, using GenAI capabilities to rapidly iterate and improve designs as needed. • Present your work to internal teams, confidently explaining how GenAI has contributed to ideation or execution. • Stay up-to-date with the latest design and GenAI trends, proactively suggesting new tools and features for creative experimentation. • Oversee the quality and consistency of creative output of your work to ensure alignment with brand guidelines, client objectives, and evolving best practices in AI-powered content. • Continuously research, evaluate, and experiment with new GenAI tools, staying at the forefront of what’s possible and sharing insights with the broader team. • Ensure the timely, efficient, and effective delivery of finished assets across multiple projects.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years experience as an Integrated Designer with motion skills in an advertising agency, in-house creative team, or design studio, delivering motion and integrated digital campaigns.
  • Proven Integrated Designer with motion portfolio that demonstrates hands-on creation of both traditional and AI-assisted projects (AI can be personal or client-related work).
  • Working knowledge of GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Veo3.
  • A critical eye for detail - able to analyse GenAI-generated outputs, quickly spot subtle errors or inconsistencies, and correct them via prompt refinement or additional editing tools to achieve polished results.
  • Strong judgment in evaluating briefs and strategically identifying where and how GenAI can be integrated into the creative workflow for maximum efficiency and impact.
  • Hands-on experience with GenAI-driven ideation, prompt creation, and static and video asset generation, with a strategic understanding of AI’s creative applications.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign, Figma a plus).
  • Strong retouching skills.
  • Strong awareness of digital, social, and e-commerce design standards (e.g., mobile-first best practices, asset adaptation for different channels).
  • Attention to detail, resourcefulness, and the ability to manage projects efficiently from brief to delivery.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills - a true team player, open to feedback and new ways of working.
  • Enthusiasm for learning, experimenting, and adapting to evolving creative technologies.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Optimistic, adaptable mindset regarding the opportunities and ethical considerations of GenAI in the creative industries.
