Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in E-Learning Technology, Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of three (3) years of corporate experience in instructional design within the legal field, the medical field, or other related highly regulated industries.
- Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies.
- Extreme organizational and editing skills
- Proficiency with e-learning and productivity tools, including: Rippling LMS, Articulate Storyline and RISE 360, Canva, G-Suite, Office 365
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail and clarity.
